Summary
As the Director of Human Resources at Adams Lane Healthcare & Rehabilitation and Beckett House Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and fostering a culture of engagement and excellence. This position is essential for driving strategic HR initiatives that align with our mission to provide loving care and quality service to our residents.
This position will have dedicated time at each facility weekly.
This position comes with a starting negotiable salary of $60,000.00 annually
The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position is a part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation.
