Summary
As the Community External Marketer at you will play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining and enhancing connections at local hospitals, Physician offices, Physician groups, and specialty community services. This position is essential in ensuring that our communities establish long lasting relationships, expectations, and open communication with top referral sources in the area.
This is a great opportunity for someone with prior admissions and marketing experience in the long term care industry to take the next step in their career. We are looking for this individual to develop and maintain hospital relationships, connections with area physicians and Physician groups, and with specialty services in the surrounding community to create a network of connections and leads that will impact our communities' census through community marketing efforts.
This position has a starting negotiable salary of $75,000.00 annually
The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position is a part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation. This position requires external marketing and business development responsibilities for two of our communities in the Cleveland Ohio market.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to connect with hospital leadership, area physicians and specialty services.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure the needs of prospective residents and their families can be met.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and follow-ups to track progress and outcomes.
- Be willing to travel the Clevland Ohio and surrounding area
- Conduct individual and group meetings with connections
- Conduct check ins with contacts to maintain, improve, or retain relationships
