Store Manager - Auto Parts
Certifit, Inc., a nationwide supplier of new automotive products is looking to hire a store manager for our location in Addison, IL. This is one of our smaller stores and has limited staffing. The store manager will be expected to perform all daily tasks that are needed.
Earn competitive pay with hourly compensation at $24/hr. plus sales bonuses to bring estimated yearly earnings to around $64,000 based on current store sales. Certifit's accommodating work schedule allows for managers to enjoy weekends and evenings off. Benefits include health insurance, vacation pay, and sick pay.
A bachelor's degree is preferred (all majors will be considered) but can be replaced with auto parts sales retail management experience.
We are looking for an individual that can successfully run an active retail location with the following skills.
● Foster customer relationships that promote greater sales
● Plan and organize a large supply warehouse
● Prepare accurate and timely daily paperwork
● Hire, train, and motivate store employees
Qualifications:
● Have a positive attitude, be customer-focused and be willing to work
● Bachelor’s degree preferred
● Prior management experience helpful with retail management preferred
● Ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and company leaders.
● A focus on growth and ability to identify areas for improvement.
What we offer:
● Salary plus commission around $60,000 yearly.
