Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Technician role located in Liberty, MO. The Automotive Technician will perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, fluid checks, and inspections, as well as diagnose and complete automotive repairs in line with company standards. Daily responsibilities include inspecting vehicle systems, identifying mechanical issues, performing maintenance and repair on drivetrains and related components, and working on suspension systems as needed. The role involves using diagnostic tools and service manuals, documenting work performed, and communicating findings and recommendations clearly to service advisors or supervisors. The Automotive Technician will follow safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality service.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in vehicle maintenance and routine service, including oil changes and basic inspections.
- Experience in automotive repair and general maintenance & repair tasks, with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
- Knowledge of suspension systems and related components, including inspection, repair, and replacement.
- Ability to use automotive diagnostic tools, service manuals, and repair equipment safely and effectively.
- Prior experience as an automotive technician or mechanic in a shop or dealership environment preferred.
- Relevant technical training or certification in automotive technology is beneficial; ASE certifications are a plus.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to safe work practices.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Liberty, MO, collaborate with a team, and follow established processes and quality standards.
