At Certified Transmission, we’re looking for a dedicated and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Wholesale Sales department. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and are eager to learn about our products, we want to hear from you!
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in managing client orders and inquiries. Your expertise will help clients find the right products and ensure their needs are met.
What to expect as an inside sales representative:
- Monday – Friday – no nights or weekends
- 7:30am – 6pm (50 hours per week)
- Pay range $24 - $26 per hour
- Paid weekly
- Medical, dental, & vision available the 1st of the month following your 60th day

Duties of the inside sales representative will include:
- Efficiently take orders via phone, fax, and electronic communications
- Utilize company systems to identify products, quote prices, and enter shipping details
- Promote and educate clients about the value of Certified Transmission products
- Keep clients updated on order fulfillment and coordinate core return requests
- Provide backup support for warranty calls and complete warranty request forms as needed
- Monitor hot-build activity to ensure timely delivery of products
- Follow up with clients post-sale to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns
- Stay informed about product changes and effectively communicate updates to clients
- Ensure customers receive copies of sale invoices through various delivery methods
- Retain and organize applicable sales paperwork
Preferred qualifications of the inside sales representative include:
- 2 previous years in phone customer service experience is preferred
- Strong computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
