Job Title: Brand Representative (Brand Rep)


Reports To: Brand Rep Manager


Interacts With: Director of Sales, Artist and Piercer Leads


Summary:

The Brand Representative interfaces with clients by greeting, scheduling, processing payments, and maintaining the work area while performing essential duties.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Verify clients’ documentation and provide required paperwork to initiate appointments.
  • Engage, educate, and build rapport with customers to create an exceptional experience.
  • Manage incoming emails, social media messages, and internal communications related to the studio.
  • Schedule appointments for body art services.
  • Process and record payments accurately.
  • Answer client inquiries regarding services and procedures.
  • Promote and sell services, retail products, and gift certificates.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception, retail areas, and overall studio.
  • Perform daily opening and closing responsibilities to ensure studio upkeep.
  • Complete assigned daily cleaning and organizational tasks.
  • Represent the brand at promotional events and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage studio supply requests and inventory needs for artists.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Technical & Organizational Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
  • Manage scheduling and transaction software efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and workflow processes.


To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the following qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One to three months of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language & Math Skills:

  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents.
  • Capable of writing reports and professional correspondence.
  • Strong verbal communication for client interactions.
  • Basic math skills, including percentages, proportions, and basic geometry.

Computer Skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to navigate email and internet applications.

Certificates & Licenses:

  • Must complete and pass Bloodborne Pathogen Training.

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, kneel, and crouch.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
