Where This Position Fits
We believe in giving employees a clear path to grow:
Restoration Laborer → Restoration Technician → Lead Restoration Technician → Additional Advancement Opportunities
As a Restoration Technician, you're expected to know how to perform the work and become increasingly independent in the field.
You are not expected to run the entire job site or manage the entire crew — that's the responsibility of the Lead Technician.
Your job is to become highly capable at the restoration work itself, complete your work correctly, document it properly, communicate problems, and be someone the Lead Technician can depend on.
