Certified Professional Restoration is looking for Lead Restoration Technicians to join our growing team. Our goal is to train you to become a Certified Lead Technician while working with the best tools, technology, and industry practices available.
We specialize in residential and commercial disaster restoration, including water and fire damage restoration and mold remediation. We are a family-run company with over a decade of service, proudly serving the Canton area and surrounding communities.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise teams of 2–5 technicians on job sites
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to manage expectations
- Perform water extraction, mold remediation, and restoration services
- Assess property damage and develop effective plans to prevent further loss
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide emergency services 24/7
- Accurately document all work performed, including:
- Daily job notes
- Written reports
- Photo documentation
- Perform physical job duties including bending, kneeling, squatting, standing, and lifting heavy objects
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the restoration industry with construction or maintenance exposure (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take pride in your work
Pay & Benefits
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
