Additionally, this role involves managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and maintenance. Ultimately, the Cleaning Tech Supervisor ensures that facilities are maintained to promote a healthy, safe, and welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cleaning or janitorial role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Ability to work the 2nd shift hours consistently 3pm - 11pm
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in cleaning or facility management.
- Experience working in commercial or industrial cleaning environments.
- Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant health and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- First aid and CPR certification.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning technicians during the 2nd shift to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed effectively and on schedule.
