Requirements
What You Will Do
- Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products
- Pick, pack, scan, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup
- Pull parts for kits and properly label materials for production and shipping
- Read and interpret customer orders, shipping orders, work orders, and requisitions
- Move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
- Organize inventory in racks, shelves, and bins for easy access and accuracy
- Support inventory accuracy through proper handling, labeling, and documentation
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas
- Help improve operational efficiency through attention to detail and teamwork

- Receiving and shipping processes run smoothly with minimal errors
- Kits and pulled parts are completed accurately to support operations

What We Are Looking For
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience required
- Forklift experience required
- Experience with picking, packing, scanning, and inventory handling
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently while supporting the team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Reliable work ethic with strong attendance and accountability
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to regularly lift, move, and carry up to 70 pounds
- Ability to safely mount and dismount trucks and warehouse equipment
