Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting freight efficiently and safely while managing your own truck operations. As an Owner Operator for Certified Fleet Services, you will lease on your truck to our Authority and Insurance.
Duties
- Operate a tractor-trailer and sand chassis to deliver sand to gas well sites.
- Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including freight documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while on the road.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years sand hauling experience.
- Experience in handling frac sand, including loading/unloading procedures.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing logistics.
