What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service / Administrative Assistant position at Certified Fingerprinting MN?
Hours are 9am-4pm Monday - Friday. Position requires that you have your own vehicle, because there are occasional mobile appointments. Position offers base pay of $18/hour plus tips AND commission. Job requires frequent walking to and from the lobby to greet customers.

- Must have own vehicle to commute to and from work and occasional mobile appointments
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Daily attendance, being on time, and reliability is essential for this job!
- Must be under 20 minute commute from work
- Greet and welcome customers
- Complete online research
- Administrative office work
- Simple social media marketing
- Fingerprint customers for employee background checks (you will be trained to do this)
- Visit local businesses for mobile fingerprinting appointments
- Make calls to local businesses/organizations
- Answer calls and invite customers in
- Schedule appointments
- Take payment via online payment system
- Communicate daily with owner
- Problem solve
- Address envelopes
- Work independently
