Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools, farm work, pest control, and sales. If you are passionate about working outdoors and have a drive for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you. We are also open to training the right person. Helpful experience may be Heavy Machinery.
Duties
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers to lawns, crops, or structures following specified instructions
- Operate and maintain application equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor and report any issues related to pest infestation or plant diseases
- Provide recommendations for pest control and fertilization based on assessment
Keep accurate records of applications and services provided
Good drivers record
Experience
- Previous experience in lawn care, pest control, or landscaping is preferred
- Familiarity with farm machinery and power tools is a plus
- Strong sales skills to upsell services to customers
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
