Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to run a Bridgeport-style CNC mill (Trak DPM2). This is not a journeyman-level position, but the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC mills and be capable of producing accurate parts with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate a Trak DPM2 CNC mill.Load programs and make minor program edits as needed.Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.Inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.Maintain a clean and safe working environment.Communicate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency.Requirements:Previous experience operating a CNC mill (preferably Bridgeport-style or Trak machines).Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings.Comfortable with G-code and conversational programming (preferred but not required).Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with ProtoTRAK controls is a plus.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
