Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Baytown, TX, responsible for driving growth across CCRS’s crane, rigging, and heavy hauling services. This role includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and expanding CCRS’s presence in the Houston, Beaumont, and Gulf Coast markets. The Business Development Manager will conduct prospecting and outreach, prepare proposals and bids, and collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure that services align with customer needs and safety standards. Daily tasks involve meeting with clients, attending industry events, tracking market trends, and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities through diligent follow-up and CRM management. The role requires consistent coordination with internal stakeholders to support accurate pricing, resource planning, and exceptional customer service.
