· Act as a communication gatekeeper—screening emails, messages, and managing priorities.
· Oversee the day-to-day implementation of strategic projects across multiple ventures (Collisionpreneur, Certified Elite, Podcast, Personal Brand).
· Ensure marketing content, podcast episodes, speaking engagements, and coaching deliverables are on schedule.
· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure deadlines are met.
· Help manage the CEO’s personal brand by tracking and coordinating social media, podcast guest scheduling, and personal development content.
· Organize and archive digital assets such as media kits, branding materials, and presentations.
· Build and refine SOPs (standard operating procedures) to streamline recurring tasks.
· Recommend and manage digital tools (ClickUp, Notion, Trello, Airtable, etc.) to keep projects moving efficiently.
· Monitor and improve productivity systems weekly.

· Exceptional follow-through and a strong 'get it done' mindset.
· Ability to think critically, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Comfort with handling confidential and sensitive information.
· Familiarity or interest in personal development, coaching, business strategy, or content creation is a plus.
