At Certified Collision Works, we specialize in insurance-related minor collision repairs, focusing on efficiency, quality, and fast turnaround times. This is not a slow-paced restoration shop — we are a production-driven environmentwhere you’ll learn how real shops operate daily.
This is a hands-on, paid training opportunity where you will work directly with experienced technicians and develop skills in:
- Auto body repair
- Auto painting
- Welding & fabrication
- Vehicle detailing and prep
- Shop workflow and production
We are looking for someone who is hungry to learn, dependable, and ready to work.
What You’ll Learn & Do:
- Assist with dent repair, panel alignment, and surface prep
- Learn MIG welding and basic fabrication
- Support auto painting and vehicle detailing
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Assist with auto glass and minor component removal/install
- Help maintain shop organization and workflow
- Participate in real repair jobs (not just watching)
- Learn how insurance repair jobs are processed and completed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus (not required)
- Willingness to learn and be coached daily
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to perform physical work (lifting, standing, moving)
- Dependable and shows up on time
- Team player mindset (no ego, ready to help wherever needed)
- Willing to do all tasks — from cleaning to hands-on repair work
Pay: $300.00 - $600.00 per week
