Overview
- Join a team of self starters! In this role, you will assist with cesspool pumping, drain cleaning, septic and cesspool repairs, and the installation of new tanks and systems. Team members work both independently and alongside experienced technicians to troubleshoot issues, operate equipment, complete excavations, and deliver exceptional customer service. This is a hands-on position offering opportunities to learn a skilled trade, develop technical expertise, and grow within a well-established company. Ideal candidates are dependable, motivated, willing to work outdoors in various conditions, and committed to providing quality workmanship and professional service. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional emergency calls.
Job Duties & Requirements
- Assist with cesspool pumping, drain cleaning, septic/cesspool repairs, and new system installations.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, raking, shoveling, and lifting heavy materials.
- Keep company trucks, equipment, and job sites clean, organized, and professional at all times.
- Follow directions from supervisors and senior technicians while learning the trade.
- Work safely, efficiently, and professionally in a team environment.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well with coworkers and customers.
Driver's License Requirements
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Applicants with a regular driver's license are encouraged to apply.
- Experience towing small trailers (such as an air compressor trailer) is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- A CDL Class A or Class B license is highly desirable but not required.
- Air Brake and Tanker endorsements are a major plus.
