About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Repossession Tow Truck Driver to join our growing team. The right candidate will have prior tow truck driving experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Responsibilities
- Safely recover collateral and assets for clients
- Investigate and track vehicle locations for repossession
- Secure and tow vehicles to designated company yards
- Report repossessions to law enforcement within required timeframes
- Complete personal property inventory per state requirements
- Follow company policies and maintain professionalism in the field
- Work with a team of spotters to aide and assist in locating units assigned for repossession
Requirements
- Previous tow truck driving experience required
- Good driving record (MVR will be reviewed)
- Must be at least 23 years of age (per commercial insurance requirements)
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, or laptop for reporting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow remote instructions
- Ability to act discreetly and professionally at all times
- Must be able to commute to Jacksonville, FL or relocate before starting
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating commercial vehicles such as tow trucks or flatbeds is highly preferred
- Ability to follow detailed procedures while maintaining safety standards at all times
