About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Asset Recovery Facility Manager to oversee
the day-to-day operations of our impound and repossession lot. If you thrive in a fast-paced
environment and have experience with inventory, security, and team coordination, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the repossession/storage lot
- Manage vehicle intake, storage, and release
- Maintain accurate vehicle logs and inventory reports
- Coordinate with repo agents, transporters, and financial institutions
- Ensure lot security and compliance with company policies
- Supervise and schedule lot personnel (if applicable)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Communication skills to effectively interact with employees/clients/guest and
address their needs
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle conflict calmly and professionally
- Working knowledge of basic computer systems (inventory software, email, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
