We are currently seeking two experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in apartment/multifamily maintenance, with high-rise experience preferred. Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues

Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner

Assist with unit turns, including prepping apartments for new residents

Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards

Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance shop organization

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of apartment/multifamily maintenance experience required

High-rise experience preferred

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance

EPA Certification (preferred but not required)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
