Certifiably Clean is a local, family-owned residential cleaning company, and we take care of our employees before anyone else.
We're hiring experienced cleaners, and we'll be upfront about how this works so you can decide before you apply.
WHAT YOU'D EARN
- $15/hour guaranteed while you train. You're paid from day one.
- $19.50–$22.50/hour after training. $19.50 is your base, and you earn up to $3/hr more for work with no complaints and strong client feedback.
- You're a W-2 employee - not a contractor - so we handle taxes for you
- Paid weekly. Direct deposit.
- Mileage reimbursed between homes.
- Plus tips, and bonuses for client reviews and referrals.
WHAT YOUR WEEK LOOKS LIKE
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5:00. No weekends.
- Combination of solo and team cleaning jobs

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Valid driver's license and your own insured, reliable vehicle
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Able to lift 30 lbs and do physical cleaning work
- Comfortable in homes with cats and dogs
- Able to read, speak, and write English clearly
- Living within about 35 minutes of Royersford
