Expectations Of This Position
- The expectation is for you to be based in Farmington at the office located on Lorena Avenue. At that location, you will staff up at your discretion and additional staff to support the field engineering and laboratory needs.
- The expectation is for you to market services in the state of New Mexico and in the four corners area in preparing proposals, attending applicable conferences, and actively participating in engineering societies to promote our services.
- You will be responsible for maintaining sales activities in SALESFORCE and budgeting for the administration of contracts, collections, and project closeouts. There is ample staff on board to assist you in the nuts and bolts of the systems.
- You will be supported with both Senior Geotechnical Engineers located in Tucson and Flagstaff, Arizona.
- You will be tasked to be the Oversite Engineer for the AASHTO accreditation (Farmington Laboratory) with the assistance of James Dacy, and Parveez Anwar, PE, (Quality Engineer) based in Albuquerque.
- You will be tasked to perform bi-yearly assessments of employee performance under your purview, which would first occur in March of 2027.
- You will budget and pick one conference per year to maintain your continuing education units in maintenance of your PE license, subject to the Division President approval.

Salary : $135,000 - $145,000
