What You'll Do:
As a Merchandiser, you play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations and profitability. You’ll be responsible for:
- Placing and reviewing restocking orders using order entry units
- Maintaining stocked shelves and clean, organized aisles
- Building and managing eye-catching promotional displays
- Supporting store resets and new item placement
- Acting as a key point of contact for our products at Woodman’s
- Delivering top-notch customer service and fielding in-store inquiries
- Participating in annual food shows and maintaining supplier deals

Job Summary:
Provides support for the Woodman’s stores by placing orders, stocking, building and maintaining promotional displays, new item placement and other duties as assigned by the shift supervisor.
Essential Job Functions:
- Complete restocking orders using order entry units
- Stock shelves with general merchandise
- Maintain promotional displays
- New item placement
- Help in store resets
- Tear down general merchandise pallets
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
- Is regular in attendance and complies with the Company Attendance Policy
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of grocery store operations
- Skill in operating various office equipment, such as personal computer, calculator, fax and order units
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously
- Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Provide a high level of energy to the position
- Ability to stay extremely organized
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Education and Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent and excellent math skills.
