Job Description:
We're seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for attracting and converting prospects into new customers by consistently articulating the CertaSite value proposition. You will follow established sales strategies, processes, and programs to shift prospects into new customers within our CRM platform. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth by establishing and selling solutions through our platform of products and services.
Responsibilities:
* Attract and convert prospects into new customers
* Follow established sales strategies, processes, and programs
* Develop fire and life safety solutions tailored to each targeted prospect
* Maintain a pulse on competition and understand how buyers make purchasing decisions
* Establish scale and profitability by professionalizing our go-to-market strategy and sales function
* Facilitate optimization of gross margin throughout the organization
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience
* 3-5 years of progressive outside sales experience
* Business-to-business fire and life safety industry experience driving revenue and building strong GTM strategies
* Strong orientation to delivering winning outcomes and possessing an emotional engine that is contagiously felt throughout the organization
