Role Description
This is a full-time position located in St. Peters, MO. As a Residential Sales Associate, you will be responsible for conducting in home sales presentations tailored to potential clients. You will engage with residential clients to understand their needs, estimate project costs, and close residential painting contracts. You will also be responsible for lival networking and lead generation as part of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Sales Presentations, Estimating and New Business Development.
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Knowledge of Painting products and processes is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for sales appointments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a background in sales or painting services is a plus.
