CertaPro Painters® is looking for a Residential Sales Associate to take over an established residential territory in Central Pennsylvania.
This proven territory is on track to generate robust sales, with about 85% of opportunities coming from inbound leads.
Sales experience preferred.
Please only apply if you can commute to the Camp Hill area within 30 minutes.
What You'll Do
- You'll spend your first months working alongside the salesperson who built this territory, learning the customers, systems and sales process before taking full ownership.
- Manage and grow an established, high-performing residential territory with a strong history of sales
- Service a strong flow of inbound leads from homeowners who need painting.
- Build relationships with local realtors and others in the community, so they think of CertaPro Painters when their contacts need painting
- Prospect in neighborhoods where we are doing business by hanging door hangers
- Attend networking opportunities and events, including home shows
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary with uncapped commission
- Expected total earnings (base commission) $65-100K, depending on meeting your goals

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
