Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Residential Sales Representative, based in Clarksville, TN, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with prospective residential customers, providing tailored in-home or virtual consultations, and delivering professional sales presentations. The role includes generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Presentations and Sales techniques
- Experience with New Business Development
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build positive client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivation with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid role, balancing fieldwork and remote tasks
- Must be able to work some weekends and some early evening appointments
- Prior experience in the painting industry or home improvement is a plus, but not necessary
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
