About the Role
We’re hiring a Residential Sales Associate (RSA) to support continued expansion in the North Charlotte and surrounding markets.
This is a field-based, in-home sales role where you will meet directly with homeowners, provide estimates, and drive revenue through strong follow-up and relationship-building.
The position is designed for someone who is competitive, coachable, and comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment with clear expectations and earning potential.

North Charlotte, West Charlotte, Salisbury, Concord, and Gastonia, NC
Compensation
- $70,000 – $85,000 (Base plus Comission year one)
- Commission: ~8% of Gross Margin
- First-Year Sales Target: ~$650K
Schedule
Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 3 evenings per week (after 5 PM)
- 2 Saturdays per month (half days)
- Flexible, field-based schedule between appointments

Key Responsibilities
· Run 12–15 in-home estimates per week (approximately 3 per day)
· Meet with homeowners to assess project scope and present pricing
· Ask for the business and close deals during or after the estimate process
· Maintain consistent follow-up on all open opportunities
· Conduct daily lead follow-up calls within a 4-hour standard
· Stay engaged with active jobs through multiple check-ins per project
· Deliver a strong customer experience from initial contact through project completion
· Participate in networking efforts, including BNI and community involvement
· Attend weekly sales and company meetings
What We’re Looking For
· 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience
· Strong communication and relationship-building ability
· Comfortable presenting pricing and asking for the sale
· Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
· Coachable and willing to follow a structured sales process
· Competitive, driven, and team-oriented mindset
· Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
· Comfortable working in a field-based role with a flexible schedule
