The Vice President of Mortgage will lead strategic initiatives, manage mortgage operations, and ensure the delivery of superior customer service to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing the mortgage pipeline, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing marketing strategies for the mortgage lending team. Additional duties involve mentoring team members, strengthening client relationships, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Beverly Hills, CA.
- Proven expertise in Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Lending, and Mortgages
- Comprehensive knowledge of Mortgage Marketing and effective marketing strategies
- Proficiency in Underwriting principles with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing mortgage teams and mentoring staff
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience in business development and maintaining client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Relevant mortgage licensing or certifications are preferred
