Who You Are
- Assist experienced technicians with the installation, service, and maintenance of residential water treatment systems, including filtration, purification, softening, and related equipment.
- Learn proper troubleshooting techniques, system testing procedures, and repair methods.
- Develop the ability to diagnose system issues and understand recommended solutions.
- Assist with on-site installations, equipment setup, and completion of service work according to company standards.
- Learn and follow manufacturer specifications, safety procedures, and documented company processes.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service while representing the company.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Follow written and verbal direction from experienced technicians and management.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for company tools and equipment.
- Learn and utilize company technology, mobile applications, and service software.
- Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and work in various residential environments.
- Maintain compliance with company safety policies and procedures.

The Apprentice Will Develop The Ability To
- Understand customer concerns and identify potential water treatment solutions.
- Explain system benefits, maintenance needs, and recommended improvements.
- Assist experienced technicians with customer consultations and solution presentations.
- Develop the communication skills necessary to confidently recommend products and services that provide value to the customer.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Mechanical, plumbing, electrical, construction, or technical experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain proficiency with computerized systems and other technologies as required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
