Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Portland, OR, for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will perform diverse administrative duties, handling communications, maintaining records, billings and invoicing with AR responsibilities, and coordinating office operations. The role also involves providing logistical support and assisting in project coordination to ensure seamless workflow and productivity across the team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and document management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage workflows efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office software and tools, including word processing and spreadsheet applications, including CRM and BQE Core systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and maintain professionalism in interactions with clients and team members.
- Experience in building science, structural engineering, or architecture would be a nice to have.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration or related fields is an advantage.
