We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Installer / Service Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Install and replace water heaters (tank and tankless)
- Install and repair faucets, toilets, sinks, disposals, and fixtures
- Repair water, drain, and sewer piping
- Perform plumbing system inspections and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
- Clearly explain repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Complete service tickets and documentation using a mobile tablet
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety standards and local plumbing codes
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing installation and service experience (Required)
- Valid driver's license
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to lift equipment and work in residential environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience installing traditional and tankless water heaters
- Experience with residential remodels and plumbing replacements
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus (training available)
