Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assemble minor products or components involved in copper tube manufacturing using manual and machine‑assisted processes
- Perform repetitive production tasks such as checking, sorting, packaging, labeling, trimming, tying, snipping, or pasting components
- Operate basic manufacturing or packaging equipment and perform minor equipment adjustments
- Conduct routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of workstations and equipment
- Monitor product quality and report defects or equipment issues to supervision
- Move materials, assemblies, or equipment as needed to support production flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with EHS requirements
- Follow all plant safety rules, work instructions, and collective bargaining agreement (CBA) provisions
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support production operations
- Manufacturing plant producing copper tube products
- Standing, repetitive motion, and production‑paced environment
- Exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and manufacturing materials
- Required use of PPE as assigned
- Ability to follow standardized work instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to quality and safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to meet attendance and shift requirements under the CBA
- Pay rates, progression, premiums, and differentials are defined by the CBA in effect at the time of hire
- Individual pay within the classification is determined based on job classification, shift, and contractual wage schedules, not individual negotiation
