Summary:The Sales & Incentive Administrator is responsible for tracking all dealership sales, submitting manufacturer incentive claims, and ensuring the dealership receives all bonus and program payouts. This role supports the Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams by keeping sales data accurate and up to date.Responsibilities:Track new, used, and F&I sales daily and ensure all information is entered accurately.Submit all OEM incentive and bonus claims on time (volume bonuses, CSI, stair-step programs, accessory incentives, etc.).Fix rejected claims and resolve any discrepancies with OEM portals.Work with Sales Managers and Finance Managers to verify sales contracts and deal information.Maintain clean records for month-end reporting and employee pay plans.Provide simple explanations to managers and staff about incentive rules and payout requirements.Generate weekly and monthly reports showing incentive status and sales progress toward targets.Stay updated on all OEM program changes and deadlines.Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.Automotive dealership experience preferred (Sales, Finance, or Accounting).Familiar with DMS systems like Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack, or Tekion.Ability to work with multiple departments and handle time-sensitive deadlines.Basic reporting and Excel skills.
