Seeking an IT Project Coordinator with 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, IT operations, business analysis, PMO support, or a related area. The role will support project teams with scheduling, documentation, status tracking, meetings, reporting, and coordination across technical and business teams.

Required Skills
• 0–3 years of IT project coordination or related experience
• Basic understanding of IT projects and project lifecycle
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize meetings, track action items, and follow up with team members
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work with business and technical teams
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/related experience
• 0–3 years of IT project coordination or related experience
