Hours: No weekends! Mon - Fri 11 am - 7 pm

Tired of high-pressure sales quotas and cold calling? We are looking for friendly, reliable Customer Service Agents to join our established, in-office team! In this role, you will make outbound and take inbound calls to schedule required gas inspections with homeowners. Because these are mandatory safety inspections, you are providing a necessary service—there is absolutely NO telemarketing, NO cold calling, and NO selling involved! You won't be doing this alone. You will receive a full 2 weeks of training and join an experienced, supportive team led by a dedicated Supervisor. What You Will Do:
Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule necessary and required gas inspections with homeowners.
Enjoy a stress-free call environment: NO selling, NO sales targets, and NO cold calls!
Provide accurate, helpful information regarding the inspection process.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and accurately process scheduling in our system.
Go the extra mile to provide a pleasant, professional experience for every homeowner.
Collaborate with an experienced team and a dedicated Supervisor who wants to see you succeed.
What We Are Looking For:
At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience (Inbound and Outbound environments).
Experience working with an automatic dialer.
A pleasant phone demeanor, active listening skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent computer literacy, proficient typing skills, and the ability to multitask.
Flexibility with scheduling and work hours.
