Job Summary
Ceres Unified School District is seeking student interns to produce a 1- to 2-minute video promoting student involvement in the CUSD Reads Superintendent’s Book Club. This project will provide collaborative hands-on experience in all aspects of video production, including concept development, scripting/planning, filming, editing, and post-production. Key Responsibilities of the Intern Team: Develop a creative video concept for approval by the Superintendent or designee. Coordinate and conduct filming at designated CUSD schools using school production equipment/software. Edit, sound-mix, and deliver the completed video project by Sept. 15, 2026.

**APPLY ONLY IF YOU ARE A CURRENT CERES UNIFIED HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT**
Prerequisites: Candidates must be CUSD high school students enrolled in a Film & Television Production III class (or equivalent) for the 2026-27 school year. Students in less advanced classes may be considered with a teacher recommendation. Candidates must be available for a pre-planning meeting with the Superintendent or designee over the summer. Candidates are encouraged (but not required) to submit a digital portfolio or representative videography sample with their application. Candidates must be able to provide a work permit, new hire paperwork, and complete mandated reporter training.
