Key Responsibilities
- Operate Class A or B commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT and company safety regulations.
- Transport debris, equipment, and materials to and from designated sites.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections; maintain logs and records accurately.
- Assist with loading/unloading and securing of materials.
- Follow site safety rules and wear required PPE at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site supervisors, and other team members.
- Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays during storm response.
- Valid CDL Class A or B license (with clean driving record).
- Minimum of 1-2 years CDL driving experience; hauling for construction/disaster recovery a plus.
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening.
- Flexibility to deploy on short notice and work extended hours in disaster-affected areas.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
