We’re looking for a Director of Growth at Ceremonia to be the day-to-day driver of all performance and lifecycle marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lean environment and who can build strategy and dive into daily execution by optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, and driving efficient, sustainable growth for a fast-paced, mission-driven brand. You are a growth-obsessed marketer; a highly hands-on, analytical, and creative growth leader who is excited to own the full performance ecosystem end-to-end.
About the Role
As our Director of Growth, you will lead our customer acquisition, CRM and paid marketing initiatives. In this high-impact leadership role, you will oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of multiple channels including Paid Search, Meta, TikTok, Affiliate, and Amazon—driving measurable growth and maximizing return on ad spend. You'll be responsible for driving efficient, sustainable growth through performance strategy, creative testing, and ongoing optimization.
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute full-funnel strategies to drive acquisition, conversion, and LTV
- Own and optimize all paid media channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates, Amazon, and new platforms
- Manage our affiliate program: recruit partners, set commissions, and drive performance
- Partner with internal stakeholders to brief, test, and iterate on consumer experiences
- Manage and optimize budgets across all growth channels, ensuring a balance between short-term gains and long-term growth levers
- Collaborate with external agency partners on spend pacing, KPI performance, and campaign execution
- Establish a unified reporting framework across channels, analyzing performance metrics and surfacing insights to inform optimization and strategic pivots
- Continuously test campaigns, messaging, promotions, and creative formats to fuel channel performance, inform scalable strategies and maintain a competitive edge
Who You Are
- 6-10 years in growth, performance marketing, or e-commerce marketing, ideally within DTC beauty or consumer products
- Deep, hands-on expertise in paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and affiliate platforms from the ground up
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Looker, Excel, and other analytics tools
- Strong CRM/lifecycle background with experience managing email/SMS programs directly
- Proficient in analytics and comfortable building dashboards, models, and weekly reporting
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO best practices, and creative optimization
- Proven ability to manage budgets, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable results
- Highly organized, self-starting, and able to manage multiple initiatives across teams
- Strong communicator and collaborator with a passion for Ceremonia’s mission and brand
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and major affiliate platforms
