Responsibilities
- The resource will be responsible for facilitating discussion and organizing methodical approach to data review, validation and driving action on non-standard solutions used across the HCA enterprise.
- Candidate should have a foundational knowledge of IT Service Management concepts.
- This role will leverage ITSM (ServiceNow) and Productivity Tools (MS Office Suite, PowerBI) to analyze and document work.
- This role relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and performs a variety of tasks.
- A certain degree of creativity is required and candidate should be accomplished in verbal/written communication and executive presence.
- This position reports to the Manager of Application Rationalization (APM).
- A bachelor's degree in a related area
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in IT/Project Management area preferred.
- Experience working with executives
