MEDITECH Analyst – Interfaces & Application Support

Position Overvie
wCereCore is seeking to hire an Interfaces & Application Support Analyst. This advanced role will be responsible for leading complex interface initiatives, mentoring team members, and serving as a subject matter expert in MEDITECH Expanse integrations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless exchange of data between MEDITECH Expanse and internal/external systems, supporting both clinical and operational workflows across the organization
.The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in healthcare interoperability, a strong understanding of interface architecture and testing methodologies, and the ability to lead strategic integration efforts from design through implementation and ongoing optimization. In this role, the individual will act as a senior-level resource for complex troubleshooting, workflow standardization, and enterprise-wide initiatives, while partnering closely with leadership, application teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant integration solutions

- esLead the design, support, maintenance, and testing of complex interfaces between MEDITECH Expanse and internal/external system
- s.Oversee and coordinate pre-implementation and post-implementation testing strategies, ensuring comprehensive validation and successful deployment
- s.Serve as a subject matter expert in HL7, interface engines, and integration best practice
- s.Lead troubleshooting efforts, perform advanced root cause analysis, and implement long-term solution
- s.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analyst
- s.Collaborate with leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams on strategic integration initiative
- s.Drive process improvements, standardization, and optimization of interface workflows and testing practice
