Seeking a experienced Researcher for a frontier lab coming out of stealth to support an experienced Head of AI who's ex-Anthropic to work on innovative RL methods across Reasoning, Code Generation & owning all things Post-Training.

This is 5 days onsite in Palo Alto.

Salary : $450,000 - $600,000
