Job Description: • Loads and publishes marketing content submitted by internal stakeholders. • Coordinates and maintains web sites that provide valuable information and tools that serve internal and external customers. • Ensures a quality presentation of written and graphical web content and a positive user experience.
Duties: • Manages and publishes web content, using OpenText TeamSite, to maintain current and relevant product and service information. • Monitor quality, authoring and brand standards, and guidelines on the company's web sites. Escalate issues as appropriate and facilitate resolution of problems. • Support of project/ticket requests from multiple units and divisions. • Communicates with internal stakeholders to ensure the needs and goals of web projects are met. • Ability to support global business partners, including ability attend meetings as scheduled. • Creates, updates, and maintains sensitive and confidential company information, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Required skills: • Experience with content management system tools, such as Adobe, TeamSite, or WordPress. • Proficient in Microsoft™ Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Planner, OneNote) • Experience creating and implementing training on digital tools and processes • Ability to handle and track multiple projects and/or tasks
Stand out skills: • Strong communication skills including writing, grammatical usage, persuasive copy, and style • Project management experience • Experience working and communicating within a fast-paced team environment • Experience with Siteimprove, Acrolinx, or similar website optimization tools • A digital publishing background is helpful -Brand management/marketing experience is helpful as well • Experience with Agile Kanban Methodology
