ETL QA

Remote

Contract through 12/31/2025 Extension

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team! As a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, implementation and monitoring of the quality assurance test cases.

Analyst duties and responsibilities

Developing and implementing test plans for product defects
Reviewing and approving test results
Developing and tracking test metrics
Helping maintain the quality of products
Working closely with the product team on the design and development of new features
Creating and maintaining documentation and tutorials
Implementing new processes and creating new tools to automate testing

Requirements and qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in quality control
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Highly developed attention to detail

Technical Expertise
- SQL and PL SQL experience analyzing data
- Working experience in Agile environment
- Defect tracking tool such as Remedies, JIRA, Zephyr etc.
- Perform data analysis and problem identification using Cognos reporting tool

Education
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience/training required
