Description
The Night Shift Production position is proficient at three positions on a line, able to perform all the functions of those positions in an accurate and efficient manner. The individual at this level should be capable of performing all of the following functions; Bagger, Mixer, and Floor Operations. Complies with all safety regulations, work rules, SOP’s and company policies. Ensures that line meets all BRC, GMP and safety standards.

Major Accountabilities
Competent operation of equipment and execution of all aspects of Mixing, Bagging, and Floor Operations
Responsible for completing all paperwork in an accurate manner.
Responsible for following all written instructions and formulas.
Responsible for complying with all safety regulations, food safety procedures including all BRC and GMP requirements and specifications, and use of the appropriate PPE.
