Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Iowa Territory Architectural Representative. The individual in this role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with industry professionals, including architects, designers, and contractors. Daily responsibilities include promoting Ceramic Tileworks’ tile products, providing technical and design support, identifying project needs, and driving sales. The representative will use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage accounts and ensure exceptional customer service in the Iowa territory.
Qualifications
- Proven sales expertise and a strong ability to develop and close deals
- Knowledge of building materials, specifically tile and related industries
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and foster strong client relationships
- Understanding of architectural concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with architects and designers
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for tracking client interactions and sales performance
- Self-motivated and capable of working remotely while staying organized and meeting goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Relevant experience in the tile or construction industry is a valuable asset
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory
