Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Sales Engineer role located in up state Plattsburgh New York. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the engineering and production teams to develop and promote CTI’s X-7 solutions, including the CTI-X7® patented product line. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand and address their needs, managing the sales process from lead development to closing, providing technical support and equipment recommendations, and building strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. You will also become a key contributor to driving business growth by identifying client opportunities and implementing sales strategies.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Business Development
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Familiarity with Automation processes and the ability to support technical integration
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in industrial equipment manufacturing or related industries is a plus
