Responsibilities
- Perform thorough car washes using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure a spotless finish.
- Conduct detailed interior and exterior cleaning, including vacuuming, dusting, and surface polishing.
- Apply buffing and polishing techniques to enhance vehicle appearance and remove minor imperfections.
- Carry out additional detailing tasks such as window cleaning, tire shining, and interior deodorizing.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment to uphold safety standards and efficiency.
- Assist with janitorial duties when needed to support overall facility cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Experience with car wash procedures and detailing techniques.
- Knowledge of buffing, polishing, and window tinting is a plus.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Valid driving license with a clean record is desirable for moving vehicles if necessary.
