Lead Quality Inspector - Saline, Michigan
Second Shift Position - 2:00pm - 10:00pm Monday-Friday, weekends required as needed
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Position Details of the Quality Inspector: Overseeing Inspectors, visual inspection of automotive interior parts, inspecting armrest for damaged vinyl & and potential rework, collecting data and reporting data.
Any individual hired for this position must:
- Have their own reliable transportation
- Be able to stand for long hours
- Able to read and write
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector:
- Inspects designated materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual or dimensional inspection; rejecting and recording unacceptable materials
- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
Education and Experience of the Quality Inspector:
- High School Diploma / GED preferred
- Previous inspection experience preferred
